One Thing at a Time takes the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. We respect your privacy, and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority. One Thing at a Time does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) outside One Thing at a Time unless it is necessary to provide you with One Thing at a Time products or services, or we are legally required to do so. Even within One Thing at a Time, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with services. We want you to be very happy with your purchase. We make every effort to ensure you receive a top quality product that reflects your good taste. We accept any product for return or replacement if it has not been personalized as long as it is in re-sellable condition. Shipping expenses are not refundable. Christmas holiday merchandise (not personalized) is not refundable after October 31. Calendars are not refundable after January 25, and MomAgendas are not refundable after September 1.
If you need to return an item, please contact us for a return code. Then, enclose a copy of your receipt (if you still have it), and write the return code on the invoice. If you have lost your receipt, write us a note including your name, phone, email address, home address and return code. Ship the item back to us via UPS or FedEx. If you want to use the U.S Postal Service, be sure to purchase delivery confirmation for your package (see www.usps.com for more information. Please write the return code on the outside of the package. Once we have received your package, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
Our personalization and printing process requires a proof at no charge for you to approve before sending it to production. Once you have approved your order, we require two staff members to proof it for errors and omissions before we send it to production. If your personalized order has an error made by One Thing At A Time or one of our vendors, we will replace the item or refund your money, including the shipping expense.
You may cancel an order. If we have already provided you a proof, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.
If you have made an error in the text you approved and the item has been printed, or a change in your plans requires you to reprint with a minor change, we will reprint the order at a 40% discount on the merchandise and custom printing fees. Major changes in text layout may require a small set-up fee. Shipping costs still apply if stock has to be shipped to reproduce the order.

If you need your order expedited, contact us and we'll quote you the best rate for your timing. In that instance, the above costs do not apply.
If your order consists of items we have in stock (some invitations, stationery or gifts-to-go) and you want to pick up your item at our shop, we will refund the cost of your shipping. Contact us to arrange store pick-up.
